If you imagine a Total War game with Warhammer races, that’s pretty much what WH1 was. Just pat the scales, stroke the furry biters, and accept the many improvements WH2 brings to the table. ![]() Don’t get me wrong, it’s a strange circumstance to find ourselves in, but when the game involves both Lizardmen and Skaven as core races, you don’t question the context. It’s been two years since the End Times, and yet we’re still getting games like Total War: Warhammer II popping up like The Empire still exists. For a franchise that got shunned by its parent company, Warhammer Fantasy isn’t doing too poorly.
